Upon arriving in Roanoke in 1973, our founder, Mr. Richard Walton Wagner, saw the need for a different kind of service experience for the commercial food equipment kitchens. In the mechanical service industry ‘good service’ was, and still is, showing up, and not much more. Mr. Wagner wanted a better experience for his customers and decided to strive for a quality experience for the commercial food equipment repair industry.
Today, Wagner Food Equipment has 4 offices in Southwest Virginia, over 20 highly trained service technicians, 24 hour/7 day a week service, and an infrastructure that is solely focused on a ‘Quality Service Experience’ . Our service staff combined has over 200 years of experience with commercial food equipment. We fix problems on commercial food equipment. Thats what we do. That is all we do. Wagner Food Equipment is very focused on what we do best, and that is anything related to servicing commercial food equipment.
